Summer Camps

Open Mind Africa has been organizing annual summer camps for students in Ghana since 2017. The camp provides an opportunity for students to learn different SEL strategies, receive academic guidance and counseling and enjoy international exchanges. The camp is available to select group of students from our partner schools. The positive impact of these summer camps are evident through the feedback and comments we receive from students after each camp.

2018 Summer Camp & Educator Summit

Since 2017, programs offered by Open Mind Africa have been summer camps and after-school clubs for high school students. The summer camps are available for a select number of students and the clubs have open membership.

2017 Summer Camp

We designed the first Open Mind Africa International Summer Camp in Ghana with programs that gave our students fantastic opportunities to develop essential social-emotional skills, multiple intelligences, build friendships and made memories that will last a lifetime. We invited educators and facilitators from the United States, Australia, and Ghana.
